EDC Hosts Training on Veteran OJT & Apprenticeship Program

Hiring talent is on the forefront of every employer's mind. Come and learn how you can attract and retain highly skilled veteran employees by becoming a VA approved employer. Veterans can then use their GI Bill benefits and receive thousands of dollars a year. This is a great program that not only will help your business but also our veteran community members as well. ​The Membership Committee will be taking a look at member benefits with an eye on enhancing and expanding them. They will also be helping to identify people and organizations who should be involved in the EDC. No one likes extra meetings, so I'm aiming to keep this short, sweet, and to the point.

Healthcare is one of the most critical and growing industries in the region. That is why the EDC is excited to partner with the City of Menifee in hosting the Mayor's Healthcare Idea Exchange Summit. We'll be bringing together healthcare professionals, administrators, and regional leaders to discuss how to grow and support healthcare in Southern California.
